Returns

Please read our returns policy carefully - we will always do our best to accommodate customers where possible. 

Pre-owned watches sold from this website will be provided with a 14 day return policy (UK only) from the date of delivery as evidenced by the delivery confirmation. Please inform Tudorsrus by phone or email should you wish to return a watch within 24 hours of receipt of the watch. Watches must not be worn, altered, protective stickers should be intact and overall, the watch should be returned in the exact condition it was supplied in. 

Returned watches will be inspected by Tudorsrus and a refund made minus the cost of the original postage, insurance & payment fees. If you have paid using a credit or debit card these fees will be as follows - 

1.7% of the transaction total + VAT + the cost of postage + the cost postage insurance (currently 1% of the value of the watch if over £2500).

Any watch returned should be well packaged and adequately insured for any loss, damage or theft. Tracking information must be provided to us before we receive the return - failure to provide tracking information will result in a declined delivery. Upon receipt Tudorsrus will refund or exchange via the same payment method used when purchasing the goods. We do NOT offer any 'in person' meetings of any kind.

When a watch has been specially ordered for a customer, this will be exempt from a return unless the goods are faulty.

If you have part exchanged your watch as part of a purchase transaction then no returns can be accepted unless the goods are faulty.
